Nothing in these Terms constitutes a blanket representation or warranty of B-BBEE eligibility for any specific procurement process, tender, or regulatory requirement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Personal Data collected via the Website is processed primarily within South Africa, or
Processed by approved service providers that apply equivalent data protection safeguards in accordance with applicable law, including POPIA.
Where Personal Data is processed or stored outside South Africa, Tagurin ensures that:

Customers with specific data residency or data locality requirements may contact Tagurin to discuss contractual arrangements.

Regular system maintenance and monitoring
Organisational controls aligned with generally accepted industry practices

Specific security, audit, or compliance requirements (including assessments or certifications) may be addressed via separate written agreements where required by enterprise customers.
Tagurin understands the compliance and governance obligations faced by enterprise and public sector clients.
Upon reasonable request, Tagurin may support due diligence activities by providing:

High-level architecture or process overviews
Commercial and compliance confirmations
Such disclosures are subject to confidentiality and commercial sensitivity considerations.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
