This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services offered through https://www.tagurin.co.za ("Tagurin", "we", "us", or "our").
By subscribing to or purchasing our Services, you agree to this Policy, which should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Tagurin provides digital services, including subscription-based software, online tools, and related features ("Services").
Because our Services are provided electronically and made available immediately upon activation, no physical goods are sold, and returns in the traditional sense do not apply.
Where a free trial is offered:
You may explore the Service at no cost for the specified trial period
No payment is required during the trial
Once the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription
Free trials are recommended for evaluation before committing to a paid plan.
Subscription fees:
Are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly, annual, or as agreed)
Are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by law
You are responsible for selecting the appropriate plan before purchase.
If you are a natural person and qualify as a consumer under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may have a 5 business day cooling off period from the date of transaction, provided that:
The request is made in writing within the cooling off period, and
Material use of the Service has not commenced
Where permitted by law, any approved refund may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee.
This cooling off right may not apply to juristic persons or enterprise subscriptions.
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Duplicate billing due to a system error
Incorrect charge caused by a billing fault
Service unavailability caused solely by Tagurin for a prolonged period
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the charge.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after activation
Partial use or non-use of the Service
Failure to cancel before a renewal date
Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations where the Service was delivered as described
Suspensions or terminations due to breach of Terms and Conditions
You may cancel your subscription:
Via your account settings (if available), or
By contacting Tagurin support
Cancellation:
Prevents future billing
Does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
Allows continued access until the end of the paid term, unless otherwise stated
Enterprise customers operating under a:
Custom agreement
SLA
Procurement or tender contract
Will have cancellation and refund terms governed by that agreement, which takes precedence over this Policy.
Where a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Tagurin is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party processors
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on tagurin.co.za. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
